I wanted these for boots that are too large, rather than to increase my height. They work well and are very comfortable. Easy to slide into boots and can be trimmed if needed.
These insoles are soft and comfortable. I got these for the comfort, not so much the heightening effect. But the heightening effect isn t so bad after all because I enjoying being just a tad taller than I am. That extra inch makes a difference, but it doesn t have to come at the cost of comfort. These are really pretty good.
I use shoe inserts with all my shoes for that extra padding. These insoles are thicker and add to height which is an added bonus for a petite person like me. They fit well and stay in place securely.
